The desk reads what you've asked for and routes it to the division that can actually do it. If it spans two, both get it and one of them owns it.

You hear from the person who will handle the work. Where the job needs pricing, a written quotation follows with the GST broken out; where it doesn't, we agree a date.

Which division should I contact?
You don't need to work that out. Send your enquiry to the main desk and describe what you need in your own words — we route it internally. If two divisions are involved, one of them takes ownership so you still deal with one person.
How quickly will someone reply?
We aim to acknowledge every enquiry the same working day, and to have the right person respond within one working day. Where a written quotation is needed, that usually follows within two working days.
Does the quotation builder send anything automatically?
No. Everything is calculated in your own browser and nothing is stored on this site. When you press send, your own email application opens with the quotation written out — you stay in control of what actually leaves your device.
Is GST included in the totals?
GST is shown as a separate line so you can see exactly what is tax and what is not. Set the rate per item in the table; the subtotal, GST total and grand total update as you type.
Do you work with customers outside the Tenkasi district?
Yes. The counters are in Tenkasi and Kadayanallur, but digital services, web and enterprise work are handled remotely for customers elsewhere. Tell us where you are and we'll say plainly whether we're the right people for it.
Can I just walk in?
Of course — both counters are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. If you're travelling any distance, a quick call first means the right person is there when you arrive.
